           Integrated modular continuous feed induction billet heating systems. The new modules are designed for ease of installation and simplicity of operation. Each module is simple to run and maintain, extremely heavy duty construction with more precise temperature control and a wide operating window for coil change minimization.
 
Design : Feed in heat coil with pinch roller style.
   
Application forging 200-400 kW.
          Its flexibility can easily match the heater to future requirements by adding or subtracting modules.The induction power supply, tuning capacitors, feed system, all controls and standard quick change coils,end bar heating in under & over temep pyrometer, reject system ,fault diagnosis.
